Valid points Pierre Neis! I think the TLDR is that it depends on the circumstance. I’ve seen some hybrid individuals operate quite successfully delivering both value AND compliance, given the right situation and goals. To your point, it only works to a certain degree and scale, for sure, but I think to not consider it would be ignoring changing dynamics in lean teams and talent.
